We've built an incredible tool to help you keep track of loose ends - everything from personal reminders to custom trackers - all contained in what we call, the TASK HUB! This Help Page article will provide some detailed information about Task Hub Help and FAQ's. 


The Task Hub was designed to provide users with a built-in reminder system, complete with To-Do's and due dates, to help you keep track of everything. Let's say you're a single poler, and while cleaning a pool, you remember you need to send a quote later for a potential new client's "green to clean". Just go to the Task Hub and set a reminder for 6pm when you plan to be home. You'll be alerted and a new lead doesn't fall through the cracks!


There are other, more in-depth Help Pages on specific sections of the Task Hub. To see those, just use the Help Button on your screen to search by topic or keyword and always include the words, "task hub" in your search!


1. From your Company Dashboard, click on TASK HUB in the left side bar:



2. From here, just click on the circled Question Mark: 



3. This will open numerous resources for you, available anytime you log into your Paythepoolman account!  The first section is HOW-TO GUIDES, providing step-by-step instructions for common tasks! Just click on the DOWN ARROW to the right of each topic to see the steps!
